In order to build a great product, we need great customer feedback. So while datapad is in it's early stages we can offer a very competitive price to gather more user feedback.
When you connect a data source, we ask you to import your most important metrics. Our assistant will then pro-actively analyze these metrics for trend changes, anomalies, period comparisons and more. It will then group these into Data Stories and send you periodic updates.
Absolutely. First things first: Datapad does not store your data but only accesses it at the time of need. We only keep the schema and authentication information to query your sources on the fly. The only exception is the chat and buiilt reports that only has a snapshot that can be deleted at any time. All servers are behind encrypted networks hosted on Google Cloud and protected by world-class security systems. You can learn more here: https://www.datapad.io/data-security
Not at all. For a majority of connected sources like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Sheets, all you have to do is authenticate with the source and start asking questions. We will handle the rest. For systems like databases, you may need initial help to connect the DB to the system and import some initial SQL queries. However this generally doesn't take more than a few minutes.
At any frequency you want! Your data is cached for 12 hours to improve your browsing performance. BUT you can always hit a refresh button to fetch the altst state of all metrics inside a dashboard.
Yes. Our plans are tiered around the number of users that has access to the platform. Everything else is unlimited including the number of sources connected.

Unlimited. There can be as many admin or member users in a workspace as you like.
Yes! One of Datapad's key strengths is combining data across multiple sources and formats. For example, you can ask questions that require information from both your Metabase dashboards and your CRM system, and Datapad will intelligently merge the relevant data to provide comprehensive insights.
