You can have 1 Dashboard for in the free plan. You can have unlimited dashboards in the Standard and Business plans, however you will be charged an additional $5 per each dashboard after your 5th one on the Standard plan.

When you connect a data source, we ask you to import your most important metrics. Our assistant will then pro-actively analyze these metrics for trend changes, anomalies, period comparisons and more. It will then group these into Data Stories and send you periodic updates.

At any frequency you want! Your data is cached for 12 hours to improve your browsing performance. BUT you can always hit a refresh button to fetch the altst state of all metrics inside a dashboard.
